As our 2016 season is quickly drawing to a close, we thought it best to provide players/parents and volunteers with information that going forward would be of assistance to you:

HOUSE LEAGUE FINAL DAY: Championship day is scheduled for August 13th, 2016, and the schedules for each division will be distributed shortly. (Rain date August 14th, 2016)  DON’T FORGET TO HAND IN YOUR RAFFLE TICKETS AS DRAW IS  AUGUST 14TH, 2016.

HOUSE LEAGUE UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT BAG RETURN:  - Aug 15th & 16th 6pm-8pm at the Woodbine Park clubhouse 

HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATION 2017:  House league registration available now. This will hold your spot and get you the lowest price for next spring! $25 non refundable deposit with registration and you can register by bringing them on championship day (August 13th) or when you return your uniform (August 15th or 16th) or can be submitted to the Canteen anytime before year end.

REP COACHES FOR 2017: 2017 Rep coaching applications now being accepted until Aug 7th please email VP of Rep at ericbearisto@kingstonthunder.com to confirm your interest.   Please set out your qualifications and team application is applicable to.

REP TRY OUTS FOR 2017:  Due to the requirements of registration of teams for the coming season, 2017,  Kingston Thunder will be entering in Baseball Ontario teams at the Rookie/Mosquito/Pee Wee/Bantam/Midget and Junior levels. Fall Tryouts will be held in September 2016 - dates and fees to be determined please watch website – KINGSTONTHUNDER.COM, for information. Any questions can again be addressed by email to ericbearisto@kingstonthunder.com.

VOLUNTEERS needed for 2017! Many positions need to be filled.  We are in need of volunteers from executive members to parties to do stats, coaches/assistants/committee members for assisting elected board, someone to collect house league scores, fund raising, public relations. If you would like to help out at all but not sure what job is good for you please contact VP of house league at paulheld@kingstonthunder.com to go over the options….Highschool students may receive credits for assisting in minor sports, and “Seniors” can get out of the house and mingle with our youth and feel young again.  Please contact Paul – HE HAS A JOB FOR YOU.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:   Oct 4th, 2016 -  7 pm at the Woodbine Park Clubhouse.   Nominations are now being accepted for Board members, and to nominate someone please email Thunder Secretary,  Sandra Brash, sandrabrash@kingstonthunder.com. Please note that Nominations will be closed for executive positions on September 4th, 2016.
